Mario liaised with a large number of business units in order to establish interfaces to 16 key systems within BCC while, at the same time, managed the development of over 90 management and audit reports associated with these systems.
Over time the focus of the system started to shift from continuous assurance to continuous monitoring and a number of business units started using the system.

Queensland Urban Utilities – Establishment of Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) as a statutory body on 1 July 2010 included a centralisation of the billing function. The centralisation process required data from Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Somerset Councils to be converted and amalgamated onto a single billing system.
During the transition, Mario Bojilov managed a process where all customer and billing data sets were independently reprocessed and verified. In addition, all billing information was recalculated. The results were received well by management.
