Natural, warm communication is the key to success in any human endeavour and business projects are certainly not an exception. And, sitting down for a cup of coffee with 1 – 2 -3 people at a time does wonders in this respect. Communication is much better, ideas flow freely and problems are solved quicker because the “us-them” mentality is almost non-existent.
Thus, our view is: “If we have to spend 40 hours working on a business document for a project or drink 40 coffees with people involved in it – we’ll go for the coffee. We will achieve much more!”
